if you prefer to download add-ons directly (not save for later), put the unzipped add-on files into your root/packages, root/blocks or root/theme folders, depending on what you download.
If you've choosen 'save for later', you've to login to the marketplace at your website with your username and pw for concrete5.org.
Stuff should then appear at dashboard->add functionality.
