Add Page List

Here's my first post. Note that I'm new to concrete5. So, I created a new section/page called News, and it's available in the navigation menu and can be seen in the sitemap. But, when I go to the front page; click edit mode and then click "Add to Main" all I can see are Add Block; Paste from Scrapebook; Add Layout; and Design - no Add Page List.

What am I doing wrong?

Click on add block, then select the pagelist block.
