Add pdf file

I have a pdf file that I want to attach it on my website and provide a link, so clients may go in and print out the pdf file from their printer. Please tell me how to proceed it!
1. Upload the pdf to the File Manager in Dashboard.
2. Go to page where you want the link to the pdf.
3. Create a Content Block and put it in Edit mode.
4. Enter the text to point to the pdf.
5. Highlight that text.
6. Choose Add File from the menu at the top of the Content Block and choose the pdf file.
I'm new at this, too. But that is what worked for me.
