Adding a content block

When I go and edit a page and then to add a block then I pick content.

I used to see a WYSIWYG editor and a page to edit. I don't see anything anymore.

I am sure I have messed this up...any ideas how I get this back?

When you say messed it up - have you edited anything in the /concrete folder, or overridden the block with a custom version in your /blocks folder? If so copying them back from a default C5 install might help.
