All of a sudden I can't add blocks

I have just tried to add a new block to a page and get the following error message.

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class TweetcreteRest in /var/www/vhosts/hanwellcarnival.co.uk/httpdocs/cms/packages/tweetcrete/models/tweetcrete_rest.php on line 31

I have got Tweetcrete installed but this has never thrown up before. I could of course uninstall it but that is a bit drastic, any ideas?

I have 5.6.2.1 installed.

I would try clearing the concrete5 cache, in case it's gotten confused about overrides or something. If that doesn't fix it, I would report this to the author of that add-on:http://www.concrete5.org/marketplace/addons/tweetcrete/...
