Apologies if this is an easy one, but I'm just wondering if its possible to delegate the ability to approve new user registrations (and manage existing users) to another group that isn't administrators?

Basically I want a certain group to be able to approve user registrations (I have "public registrations - manual approval" enabled), but I don't want to give that group full administrative access to the rest of the site - I want them to be able to manage users and approve / deny registrations only.

I'm happy to enable advanced permissions to achieve this.

If anyone knows if this is doable then I'd be grateful for any advice!
