Block Area : Layout Spacing

How do I style the spacing of the layout mentioned in the above page? I know there's an area that one can type in the spacing (shows it in the picture) but the value entered in there seems to only affect the spacing between the columns. I need spacing between the rows. Can anyone point me in the right direction as to where/how I'd do that?

I am currently running concrete5.5.2

Thanks in advance!!

In edit mode left click the block and then select "design",
This will take you to a "Set Block Styles" dialogue box where you can specify the spacing

Cool!! That did the trick, but is there any way to set the style "globally" for the entire layout area instead of each individual block that's created by the layout area?

For example, if I create a layout area that's 3 columns by 2 rows, and I want the same padding for all the cells. Then I'd have to set the padding setting per cell. Is there no way (code or otherwise) to set the padding to the layout instead? That way, I change one setting instead of six.

Just wondering.

Thanks again!

(On a different note, can I mark more than one "answer" on a question? I'd like to mark weyboat's as a solution to my question, but if someone answers the "global setting" question as well, I'd like to mark that one too...)

I had a look at this and did manage to add some padding but it meant hacking into the core css files and really was not a good idea,
Sorry..
