Block design disappears for non registered users [SOLVED]

I'd say I have moderate C5 experience now. So no basic mistakes here. This C5 instance [5.6.0.2] doesn't even have advance permissions active.

The issue:
Adding block design, e.g. borders or spacing to say content block appears to go smooth, and everything does work fine as long as I'm logged in as a registered user [admin]. When I log out to check the site as a common visitor, all this block design settings disappear. [??!]

This C5 instance is quite plain and there are no custom hacks. I'm out of ideas. Anyone?

You don't have full page caching enabled do you?

Thanks for taking time to respond, however this is fairly old post and it is not relevant any more. Newer C5 versions sorted the issue. Though it is quite interesting that no one responded 'till now.

I think the words "Advanced Permissions" sent them all hiding for cover!
I can't get any response about fileset "Custom Permissions" either!

Do you recon it is filtered on "newbies bases" for cover?

Don't remember why I came across this post, but it was a valid question.

If this was fixed in a particular version, it would have been nice to mention which one. Also changing the subject to include [SOLVED] is good for anybody else who might have had this problem.

Makes sense. I was looking for such an option though. Inc. in subject should do the trick as well.
