Blog issues
PermalinkI put it to a coder I use [off Fiverr, but she is good and has done good work by me], however, she says its a coding issue and beyond her to resolve - I think that's just "code" for, she doesn't want to spend the time etc, fair enough I guess].
So, is this something anyone has encountered please? My thinking is, just to get someone to save the existing blog posts - load a new version of the standard blog - and upload the saved posts - would this work as a work around, it would seem more logical than trying to resolve issues with the existing blog code? Ideas/suggestion on my plan appreciated, please.
OR, just another thought, is there a marketplace add-on I could download, that would overwrite any of the existing coding issues and I could use that as my blog going forward?
Thank you.
I'm just using the blog that comes standard with C5 no add-ons etc

Unfortunately, this doesn't solve a more serious problem. Your archive links are dead. These links have an extra 'blog-archives' in the URL. Here's what your archive link is for your June, 2014:
http://www.inlandrailway.com/inlandrailwaynews/blog-archives/?year=2014&month=06
and here's what works:
http://www.inlandrailway.com/inlandrailwaynews/?year=2014&month=06
Have you actually moved the blog posts you'd like to archive so they're under 'blog-archives' in the sitemap?
Can you be more specific about the 'coding issues'. What 'standard blog code' are you using? ProBlog, some other blog add-on or just a blog built around the core blog functions.
