Can no longer access Dashboard

My client just contacted me and can no longer access toolbar to navigate to Dashboard in order to edit their site. When logging into C5, there is simply no top bar C5 navigation, see attached.

Anyone have any ideas what could have caused this? And how we can get editing capabilities back?

Thank you,
Jacqueline

Probably a javascript error on the page. You should still be able to navigate to kollegetown.com/index.php/dashboard to get around. Is this a 5.6 site?

Thank you so much enlil! I can see the Dashboard :) (haven't been in C5 in awhile, so thank you for the reminder) Site is currently running concrete5 version 5.6.0.2. Once we get everything sorted out, I will mention to my client that they should backup and upgrade.

Thanks again!

Nice work there BTW. Actually ran into that site a couple weeks ago. Go Badgers!

Thanks! One more question for you...if the page has a javascript error, but I can not access edit mode, how would I go about fixing the error? I can now see the Dashboard, but if I go to Site Map and visit page, I can not see C5 toolbar, therefore can not edit the page. Any ideas?

Roll back page versions to one that works from the full sitemap. Hopefully that takes care of it!
