Can't send to email!

Permalink 1 user found helpful
Thanks for all your help on this c5 forum. But, now i have a problem again with my c5 site.

When i test form block submission, and try to send reset password (forgot password on /login) that's not send to my email (check inbox, spam, and all).

I've check logs too on /dashboard, and all is fine. Have all logs report - all form submission, and forgot password.

Logs report send to my email, but my email is empty.

I think this problem because wrong CHMOD on file. But, i don't know what file to CHMOD and solve this.

c5.3.3.1
cPanel

Everyone can solve this problem? any answer will be aprreciated.

Thanks :)

does your server use php sendmail or smtp? by default concrete5 uses sendmail but you can change it.

To change from sendmail to SMTP access the following in your concrete5 dashboard:

Settings -> Email
Choose "External SMTP Server" as your Send Mail Method.

Enter your SMTP information.

Test thoroughly.
