Can't edit block anymore

I can't edit block anymore!
I don't know why but when i enter edit mode i don't have access to the options for editing as : add block, delete, design...
It works like a charm since 10 minutes and i didn't change anything!

Any ideas ?

I found by myself, it was a javascript problem.
Hard call of jquery library that blocks the edit mode and give me some trouble also with superfish menu (can't see arrow)

So i remove the call of jquery in the default page and everything works.
