Can't save page attributes in sitemap

I am having issues saving page attributes in the page when I access it through sitemap. I do not actually see any error but the data does not save.
A confusing thing is if I look at the page from the frontend then I see the attributes are there but looking at the same page in sitemap, the attributes are not there.

Do you mean you can't see attributes from "Composer view" and not the actually dashboard site map?

What I mean is when in the sitemap view and I edit the attributes for a page, they DO NOT save. Also the same thing happens from the frontend and editing attributes.
I now see an error when trying to save.
I have recorded a video of what I mean.

what happens if you add a new blank page and try add some attributes to it? same thing?
if what if you switch back to Elemental theme and add new blank page and add some attributes?

Hi,
Adding a new page is fine. I can add and edit attributes but not all of them save. There is no error though.
I have not tried the elemental theme as the site is live and I would need to set it up on a dev server to fully test.

Is it only custom attributes that don't save?
Old Thread - but did you find a fix? I'm having the same issue.
