Can't sign-in to concrete5 community account

I currently had my website put together by a company who has been using concrete5 for a while. Once the site went live and the project address changed, I have been unable to sign-in to add on to concrete5's functionality. I was not the project creator but I am the owner of the website. The site is currently live. Is there anyone who can help me with this issues? Can't seem to find any other support system for concrete5 other then this forum.

Hello,

I am not sure I understand. Are you unable to sign-in to your site or to sign-in to your account here on concrete5.org?

Sorry, still new to concrete5, allow me to explain this better.

I can sign into my account no problem, and I can sign into my website to edit it with no issues. The issue is when I want to get more add-on's. I was not the actual creator and my concrete5 account is not currently attached to the project. Here is a screenshot of the area I am running into issues with signing in.

Oh, I see.

If your developer is not responsive, you could maybe contact Franz, the head of the Concrete5 team, and ask him if he can help you out. He might have a solution for you.

His profile where you can send him a message is:https://www.concrete5.org/profile/-/6/...

I have the same issue. In the past, I had no problems to connect to the community from the dashboard. But as I did a fresh install of concrete5 version 8, an error message appears when trying to sign in to the community: Error 404, page not found.

So, of course I can install packages by uploading them via FTP, but I would prefer to be able again to search for themes and add-ons directly from the dashboard.

By the way, logging in to the c5 community by visiting the web site is no problem, only logging in from my c5 installation.
