Check For Updates not working

I've got about 10 installations, various versions and none of them are showing new core updates.

But I've got sites on 8.5.1, 8.4.2, etc and none of them are showing the update. Is this a common issue? I can't see why I would be having it on lots of sites but nobody else is reporting the problem. TIA.
