concrete 5 CMS - minor probelm after update to new latest version

i just update the CMS now. just a minor problem.
under each Real estate listing i have 2 field price options.
field 1: is regular price of each property. this is fine.
field 2: is price reduction showing in red next to regular price above.
when i input new price reduction it automatically appears in red next to the old price.
however now all the listings have the NEW PRICE tag in red appearing.
how do i remove this????

Probably a template error, would need to see the template to comment further.
