Copy block.

Hi,

Does a copied block get a new ID? (is it done by the duplicate method?)

Yes, it gets a new bID. But it sets the block type to "core_scrapbook_display". Then there is a table "btCoreScrapbookDisplay" which points the new bID to the original one.
