Recently my clients required access to some aspects of the Dashboard.
In my attempt to set up dashboard access for their websites, I assigned them a group called EDITORS. I only wanted these 'editors' to access 'Reports' and the 'File Manager' in the Dashboard. To accomplish this I activated "Show System Pages" in the Site map and set Read and Write permissions for both 'Reports' and 'FileManager.'

For some reason, on testing this on the browser the user encounters the following error, when trying to access the DASHBOARD.

"Site Activity
An unexpected error occurred.
A database error occurred while processing this request."

I tried manually changing the permissions on the Dashboard folder in the site map but the result remains the same, whatever the permutations.
How is this so and how do I fix this?
