Dashboard issue

I can log into the file sets screen in my dashboard with no problem. I can see the list of my file sets. But when I click on any one of the file sets I'm taken to a page that seems to have css rendered (it's just a white page) and none of the links are active. I have attached a screen shot.
Does anyone know what's causing this? Does anyone know how I can fix the issue?
