Dashboard won't come up.

I log in to my site. I get the edit toolbar and click the dashboard button. When I do absolutely Nothing comes up. I get a white page and when I check the source code it is blank as well. I can edit pages but can't access the things the Dashboard let's me access. Help!

sounds like files weren't uploaded correctly, reupload root/concrete
except that it worked fine the last time i logged in. but will give it a try.
