How can edit the name from menu ?
Example:
Change title "Home" to "Default"
"About" to "About Us"?

Properties
To clarify,
In the properties change the "Name" then publish your changes.
You can access the properties from either the dashboard sitemap or by entering edit mode on the page you'd like to change the name of and clicking the properties button.
The title of the page (what appears in the top of your browser window) is sometimes controlled by the "Meta Title", it is located in the properties -> Custom Attributes (tab).
