Editting CSS of dsEventCalendar

I would like to extensively edit the CSS of List View for dsEventCalendar, but every time I edit the CSS file in the Package file, nothing changes (yes I removed cache and reloaded).
Do Addons put in the Package folder get transferred to another location I am not aware of? Thank you for your help.

I did not, there is nothing in the Blocks Folder. Suggestions?

Did you turn off all of the relevant caching options? For example, 'less' may have precompiled the CSS.
Did you by chance override the block template in the /application/blocks/block_name/ directory? If so that could be why the CSS changes aren't showing up.
If that's not the case this might be a question better asked of the add-on developer.
