Elemental : Change a few font colors

Using elemental and clonamental...

I just want to change some navigation and heading (custom style) colors. I need to get away from the green and blue - but I don't really want to learn a whole new abstraction language (LESS) at the moment.

Can someone direct me to what I'll find these colors and styles defined so I can quickly edit them please?

Can you do this via Page Design..., Design, Theme, Customize?

Just work on the clonemental theme. Dont modify anything in the root > concrete folder.
