Getting this error message when trying to add a form...
An unexpected error occurred. An exception occurred while executing 'INSERT INTO ExpressFormFieldSetControls (id, is_required, position, custom_label, field_set_id, type) VALUES (?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?)' with params ["86bc381a-0c25-11e8-ac4e-00163edb3458", 1, 0, null, 8, "attributekeycontrol"]: SQLSTATE[23000]: Integrity constraint violation: 1062 Duplicate entry '86bc381a-0c25-11e8-ac4e-00163edb3458' for key 'PRIMARY'
I'm using Pixel on the latest version of C5.
