Feature Block Broken

Apparently in 8.2.1 (well this is the first time I saw it, but it might have happened in an earlier version), the Feature block does not render the text properly in the bloc, leaving the html code hanging out there. http://visics.com/index.php?cID=246...

Do you have a custom template on that block?

When I add this block to a page using Elemental I don't have this result, I also don't see the same markup that you have on your page, yours seems to be tabled based where the default core version is div based.

No custom template, unless the theme has something. But oddly I have this running on another site and it's working. So totally weird. And annoying.
