Global Blocks

I have a website with page header images that are set up 'global blocks', i.e., change one page and it changes that block where it is repeated, right across the other website pages. Can anyone help me by explaining how to change these to normal blocks, that apply to a single page only?

Global blocks will need to be moved or copied to a regular (local) area. You could copy the global block to the clipboard, then add to the local area (if your theme has it where you want it to appear).
If your theme only has a global area where you want the block to appear, it will require making a simple change to the theme source code, or just create a new area.
