Header disappears randomly

Our header is randomly disappearing on pages. Same page template but randomly disappers and looks like we are logged out??? Any idea what would cause an issue like that?

Problem could be an javascript error.
Check your browser console.

Right but then why if I go through the sitemap to that particular page does it work doing it that way?
