HELP, Another user is currently editing this page?

Hi,

I have a bit of an issues on my hands that idealy need to try and fix within two days at least.....we host a website for a customer which runs on C5. We have granted a user at the company access to edit the website so that they don't have to contact us all the time.

Anyhow, my manager has recently noticed an issue on the website and when I try and edit the page it displayed 'Another user is currently editing this page'. I had this once before with another C5 website and it forced me to rebuild the website complete from a fresh install of C5!!!!! This time that isnt an option!!

Is there a way to force this to be removed? I have tried the obvious cache remove, database debug etc but nothing :'( I even temp removed all the cache files within the cache folder on our server but still nothing.

Any help on this would be a massive help, it's driving me nuts!!!

Thanks a lot,
Chris

Allowed 'Modify' rights to the IIS user to the 'Files' folder and then cleared the cache within C5.

I had tried this before but it obvisly wasn't doing it fully because of the permissions where wrong which wasn't displaying an errors.
