Hidden toolbar after editing

Hi,
I have problem with edit my page.
If I edit some block (text, image, gallery, nav, etc.) and save changes my toolbar is still hidden like while edit block mode. I have to refresh browser after editing If I want publish site or doing something.
Have you any idea where is the problem?
Core Version - 8.1.0
PHP - 5.6.32

Check in browser console and see if any js error there.
Yes, it is one error

When I refresh page there are no errors.

You will have to find out which block is creating this error, also check in php error logs file
This error are for every blocks, in stacks while edit in backend too.
There are no php errors in log file
