Homepage Header and Footer_Make Site-wide

Hi,

Using the Elemental Theme, but cannot get the home page's Header and Footer to apply globally, and is causing issues with navigation permission, logo, search, etc.

Anyway to hard-code this into the theme?

Elemental has site-wide header and footer areas, as well as page-specific headers and footers. Put your global stuff in the global areas, not the page-specific areas.

I have the global header and footers set on the homepage, but they don't copy over to the sub-pages... That's the issue.

Looks like you have a different theme on your home page (Elemental) to the other pages. Go to Dashboard > Sitemap > click on a page and check in Design and Type which theme the page is using.

Awesome! I thought themes applied site-wide.

When you activate a theme in the Dashboard > Pages and Themes > Themes then it should apply sitewide. But you can choose different themes for pages if you choose Design & Type for a particular page and then select a different theme.
