How can I Edit the Contact Form to Make it Work?

How can I edit the contact form at http://cometochrist.org to make it work? I would also like to know if it's possible to change the caption names currently listed as Services, Portfolio, Team, Blog and Contact.
The only emails getting through is when using Test Mail Settings. Those tests pass but nothing gets through in a real situation.
As an alternative method, if I was to select External SMTP Server, what could I insert into the Mail Server text box under SMTP Settings?
Also, where can I find and edit the AutoNav block?

If your site can send emails, then you don't need an external SMTP setup. Check the email form block's settings by editing it.
I suspect you don't really want to edit the AutoNav. That's not how to change the structure of your site, which is what it displays (more or less). Have a look at the site map in your dashboard and you'll see why it's doing what it's doing, and how to change that.

OK, I now see that the Contact block requires its own email address to specify where the messages will be sent. That part is now working. Now I'm looking for the trash can in the hope of restoring a page that got deleted somehow from the site map. Where is the trash?

The 'caption names' are the names of other pages on your site. They're being displayed by the AutoNav block. They'll change automatically if you change the structure of your site; eg, adding, editing or deleting pages, so I wouldn't worry about them yet.
