How do I change the name of the auto-nav buttons?

I am new and I would like to know how to change the name of the header auto-nav buttons (Home, Contact us, About us, etc.). Thanks!

they are generated based on the pages i also suggest reading and watching those videos as those are the basics

You need to go to Dashboard and "Sitemap." From there you can click on any of your pages (e.g. about us) and go to "properties" to change the name of the page.
