How do you move Content block to another page

I have a Content block on the Main page and would like to move to a sub page
i can't count how many times i used the scrapbook in rebuilding the concrete5.org site just now.
it doesn't matter if you delete the original instance of the block, you'll have one in your scrapbook for as long as you don't hit the trashcan there.
i basically used is as a palette of navigations and common blocks as i added and edited pages.

Goto that page where you want to insert the content in edit mode, then addto->insert from scrapbook.
