I have a local installation running MAMP on OSX 10.5.6

I can add blocks no problem but when I switch to HTML editing mode nothing happens.

If I move the Content window over to the right, I can see an HTML Source Editor window beneath both the Content window and the Add Block window.

I realize I'm using a beta version of Safari 4 but I can't test this in Firefox as it won't let me log in from Firefox- which is another nagging issue. When I'm logged out from Safari and try to login using Firefox, I get the following error "A username and password are required".

Any help would be much appreciated.
