I need to move a block to a custom position.

I haven't been able to movea block to a specified position, anc I kind of like the theme I'm using, how do I move a block freely?

Can you give us some more informations?
Normally you could drag & drop blocks between areas or layouts.

Version of Concrete5?
Theme that you are using.
