Layout and blocks move around, and disappear when i publish the site

After spending hour on hour looking through the forum trying to find some answers I give up. And hope somebody out there can help me?
I have 3 identical sites. Same theme, layout, images, blocks and ad-ons and so on. And as far I can see all settings are the same.
Problem: When changing to Public view, one of the site has a lot of problems.
1: Several layouts just disappear. Others changes and appears horizontal and not vertical.
2: Several images just disappear. I have tried several different image blocks and add-ons same problem on most of them.
I have deleted blocks and even entire pages. Built new ones. But as soon as i publish, same problem. And only om 1 of the 3 sits!
The only problem that appears on all 3 sites is that when i publish the "login to edit site" appears back in the footer.
NONE OF THIS PROBLEMS APPEAR IN EDIT MODE! I have cleared the cash so many times it`s getting tired of me:) I ran debug, tried changing the page type, and all possible updates. Any tips or input would bee great.
