Login before Email Confirmation?

How would I let users login and so they can use the community store before they confirm their email address.
I need them to have an account for the store so they can come back and re-download their purchases if they need to, but I don't want them to have to confirm their email before completing a purchase.

Under "System & Settings", go to Login & Registration -> Public Registration. Make sure that allowing visitors to signup is set to "On", and NOT "validate".
Thanks, that's actually what I have it set to now. But I was hoping to be able to keep the email validation, but not require it to logon so people can checkout. And until they validate their email they wont be able to comment and what not.
