LOGIN ISSUES, AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!

Does anyone else here hate having to deal with the same issue over and over and over????
I havehttp://www.danielleach.net.
I had an issue where when I would login with a known good ID/PW combo, it would not reload the screen or take me to the admin side of the site; it was as if nothing had been sent.
If I login with a bad UN/PW, it refreshes and tells me that I have an invalid UN/PW.
If I use the reset password link ,I get the email, reset the password, then try to login with it again. Same issue.
I have completely reinstalled Concrete 5 TWICE on this domain in an effort to resolve this issue, and still, same issue persists.

Ideas? Thoughts? Things to check??

Same thing is happening to me on a site out of the blue. Chrome keeps kicking me out and firefox doesn't. Tried clearing cache many many times, incognito etc no avail.

Strange enough I think I fixed it by fixing a bad image used by the fundamental theme. The link to the whitelabel logo was not resolving and I think it was killing the session somehow maybe it was trying to load it serverside and the error was killing the session? I'm dealing with another issue where a mysterious error is killing the session. On this one it seems to be related to cloudflare however. Need to debug more into what is killing sessions so easily.

I would avoid Cloudflare. Caching is the bane of a developer's life and cloudflare is the ultimate frustration in caching. Changes you make are often not populated to the cloud fast enough and you will be banging your head against the wall trying to figure out why some things work and others don't. Kind of like trying to watch an interview on CNN with a 5 second satellite delay. It's impossible.

I have installed 2 nice add-ons to Chrome that helps me beat it's aggressive caching. One is called Cache Killer:

https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/cache-killer/jpfbieopdmepa...

The other is called J CSS Reload:

https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/j-css-reload/nnmebjmgdonem...

I use them all the time to REALLY kill Chrome's cache and to reload JavaScript and CSS that I just changed. Give them a try to see if it helps. It helped me for sure.

Ishttp://www.danielleach.net a concrete5 site?

Not anymore, I got tired of constantly having an issue, and no support.

It's a shame that you've run out of patience with the free support you were getting (or not getting) over the 5 years you've used your free CMS. You mentioned back on June 24th that "I'm having a similar issue with a car forum,http://www.taurusclub.com" which is not a concete5 website so I don't think your login problems have anything to do with concrete5. I find 90% of my problems with websites (not just c5 ones) are caused by 3rd party Chrome extensions that still run in incognito mode. The lack of response to your latest login issue is probably because very few people seem to be having that issue and so they don't have any suggestions to make and nobody is willing to take time away from paying customers to dig into your computer's problems for free. Sorry to see you go. I hope Weebly can solve all your needs.
