No content block available in "composer control" block

Hello everybody,
I'm trying to create a custom blog page type. When I edit the output from the page type, nothing goes wrong except the composer control block.
The isssue is there : when the menu pops up when I place the block, nothing appears under the "control" dropdown menu. Consequently I can't use this block.
Did I forget a step while creating my new blog page type ? Is this a bug ?

In the dashboard go to the Edit Form for that Page Type first, and add a Content Block Form Control. Once you have that added to the Edit Form you should have the option in the Page Type Output.
