Page Path and Locations/Canonical Url NOT EDITABLE on some pages

I can't figure out why only some of my pages have an editable Canonical Url inside of SiteMap/PageProperties/Page Path and Locations/Canonical Url, and some dont let me change the extension.
The weird thing is that the Url looks fine on my Canonical Url link and even the Page ID matches the cID on the PHP page that links to it, but it wont open the page:
http://soilsymbiotics.com/events/...
But I can view it when I go to PagesAndThemes/SinglePages

UPDATE: When I Disabled PrettyURL, it now works. What can I do to make it work with Pretty URL Enabled?
