Page thinks I'm in edit mode

I've ran into this on other sites I've built with a few versions of C5. When I return to a page at a later time, it will not show any of the page as in edit mode, but the top menu shows "Exit Edit Mode". This confuses my clients big-time. Anything to fix this?

As far as I seem to remember that is a session caching problem that should have been resolved.

What version of c5 are we talking about? If you haven't already, I would suggest upgrading to the latest stable version (5.6.0.2).

Thanks. Now that I think about it, I am one of those people that opens two browser tabs and edits one page while working on another. Duh me.
