pagetheme.php wont refresh/update

I add for example wrong code to pagetheme and dont get any errors. Like this file "not live" in my site (The file exists under the page templtes)

Its really annoying each time to:
Remove theme and "install" --> "active" to see the changes in this file

What the solution her? (I clear cache. Ver 8 beta 1. Remote server)

I am seeing the same thing. They should have created a "Refresh" button for theme that picks up changes like this.
