I upload a single image using the File Manager via a form. If I then use the form to upload a second image, I see multiple listings for the file I previously uploaded, as well as a legit directory (see attached). This is even before I select a second file to upload.

The problem goes away if I select 'Next' then 'Previous', so I'm sure that there's only actually one image.

Am I doing something wrong? Is there a workaround?
