php error....Warning: array_merge() [function.array-merge]: Argument #1...help please

I made simple edits and got these two error messages:

Warning: array_merge() [function.array-merge]: Argument #1 is not an array in /home4/kempirep/public_html/seniorhousinglocaters/concrete/libraries/events.php on line 163

Fatal error: Non-static method UserLogout::userLogout() cannot be called statically in /home4/kempirep/public_html/seniorhousinglocaters/concrete/libraries/events.php on line 167

BLuehost won't help with any simple script stuff except for installation, but it seems like their servers mess my site up everyday. I've also found Concrete5 v5.5 to be HORRIBLE! It's buggy, slow, I have to edit things several times, I can't do .sql back-ups anymore for some reason, I wish they never changed it. Even the back-end dashboard/interface is awful compared to the old one. Can anyone shed some light on these php errors? I haven't a clue, I'm just trying to make a simple site and it seems like I get errors all the time and I clear the cache constantly and do everything I'm supposed to.

Thanks so much everyone for any help!

If you are using 5.5, you should upgrade to 5.5.1, many things were fixed, changing the php error reporting should help those errors, (they should both be warnings)

I was incorrect I have been using 5.5.1. It could also be the theme I'm using too I'm not sure. I just know it's very difficult to use with many of the themes if you don't know php, css and html and I thought the point of concrete5 was to be able to create web pages without needing to know all of the coding. I still like it better than Drupal and Joomla, but since the upgrade to 5.5/5.5.1, Drupal and Joomla are seeming like options I would like to look into more now. It's a bummer too because I know conceret5 and have turned many people onto it and have 5 sites myself using it, soon to be 4 because I'm going to try out a new CMS for one of my new sites.

Thanks for the help though buddy.
