Picnik editing

Hi There,
The Picnik editor gives me an error whenever I try to use it:
"No Photo selected."
"You need to select a photo before you can Picnik it! Go grap one from Photos"
"Whops! there was a problem retrieving your picture"
Any help would be much appreciated.

That's correct. Localhost not working.
Only the first message when you are on-line is a bit confusing. It takes a few seconds to load the image.

I just started getting this same error. I'm not on localhost. The site is live, and it was working up till now.
Does anyone have any ideas why this would happen and how to correct it?

its something on their end, just talked to the CTO and theyre a few hours away from fixing it.
