Preblem with my first website

Hi all.
Sorry if my question is too basic...
I have a hosting at hostmonster.com.
I installed Concrete5, and the first think I did is to create a first website, using the templates that provided concrete5.
My page is built on "yogourt" theme.
I have two problems I need your help for...

FIRST PROBLEM
Unless I have a page named ABOUT (this is built on the sample), that's shown at Sitemap list, If I try to access it from top menu of my website this is "not found".
I access the same page from sitemap, and the path is this:http://www.masdelsalin.es/index.php?cID=44...
But if I try to access from menu the path ishttp://www.masdelsalin.es/about/... (NOT FOUND)
On the properties of my "about" page, the path is the path that's trying to open from the menu at my main page...

SECOND PROBLEM
How to establish the size (height) from a "custom slideshow"? I don't find where I could limit that...

1) you've enabled pretty urls in the dashboard, but it doesnt look like you got the code it gave you for the .htaccess file placed on your server right. either turn pretty urls off, or get your host to make that .htaccess file. I can tell because this works:

http://www.masdelsalin.es/index.php/about/...

2) the slideshow sizes itself to the largest image in the set you give it, last time i checked.
