Rebuilt site, moved it, and now some random images are in the wrong blocks

Hi,

I finally bit the bullet. I was having some off database issues with my site, so I rebuilt the whole thing. So I went through the C5 move a site process found here:
https://documentation.concrete5.org/developers/installation/moving-a...

The move was successful. Most things look good. before the move I turned off all my cache cleared the cache and removed the files suggested in the link above. After the move I cleared the cache (multiple times in frustration). I have a quirk that has me a little worried.

There are some images that are in the wrong spot and my logo did not display at all. I had to go through delete my site-wide logo block, and replace some images here and there. This seems odd to me.

All my troubles from my previous build seem to be gone, but I can't but think this, images-in-the-wrong-place issue is a sign of trouble.

Are there other things I should look for? I can add pages, move pages, edit blocks, add blocks, go back to previous versions, approve pages. It seems like the images should be fine because everything else "seems to be." I can't help but have this feeling that trouble is lurking below.

Attached is one of those troubling images. Any suggestions would be appreciated if you can give them.
thanks

Could be some non-c5 caching; eg, browser, CDN (Cloudflare, Varnish, ...).

It could be varnish. I'll look into that. Thanks for the pointer
