Redirect after login

I redisgned the login and the registration page as a new single page. I copied the original code from the concrete folder.
But now I have the problem, when a user enters false login information he gets redirected to the official login page with the error message.
How can i redirect him after an unsuccessful login to my login page with an error message?

No i quite literally copied the code and added some modifications (Stylewise) and know I have absolutely no idea how to manipulate the redirect
