Help - I used the reset password function on my C5 login.

Reset instructions never arrived in my email. gene@gbaproductions.com.
What do I do next?

Do you have access to the database? What version 5.6, 5.7?
I have version 5.7+
Yes I have access through BlueHost CP but was unable to open for editing.
I was going to call BH support but found my original password which got me in.
If you would be kind enough to give me the instructions on changing the database
for a future, God forbid, occurrence that I could keep on file I would be most grateful.
