Rich text editor does not work after switching to SSL

Hello,
I am using CC5 5.4.1.1 and switched my site to https.
For normal guests everything looks good.
Bit when I log in as Admin, I have problems editing pages.
For example:
I want to edit a page, choose the page, open the editor and klick "HTML" for pure html code.
The I get an blank popup (no close button, no text).
Other example:
I made a few changes to a page and press "Submit". Then I got the rotating waiting symbol but nothing happens...
Does anybody knows a solution for this?

sorry for the noise.
I found the problem inside of the apache configuration.
The header option "X-Frame-Options DENY" bust be removed!
